Japanese Classic Car Show 2005
The day started off with overcast skies in Long Beach, CA at the Queen Mary Park. The event officially started at about 9 am, and there were no more gate-registrations if you wanted to show your car. The pre-registrations ended a week or so before today, with over 200 cars on the list! Katysnest.com were the ones who set up this great gathering. They're very big fans of the old school classics, and this event was the perfect way to show their love for these cars. The sun came out quickly, after we arrived, and the crowds were slowly gathering. I should have taken the pictures earlier in the day, because the crowds kept me from taking some ideal pictures. But you couldn't have asked for more..... except for maybe taking a couple of the cars home for yourself! The family atmosphere was pleasant, and I want to thank and congratulate Katysnest for making all this happen. I also want to thank all the people who came and showed their prized possessions. Hopefully this will be an annual thing, and maybe I'll be able to participate next year by bringing my own car!
